I find the chosen title of this article, those big bold words above, to be educational all by themselves. WOW! Caring for our lymphatic systems is precisely what we are doing during a ‘cleanse’, even if that cleanse is meant to target the intestinal tract specifically. Every alternative method of eliminating allergies that works recognizes this and works to cleanse and strengthen this vital system.
Your lymphatic system is a vital part of your circulatory and immune systems. It consists of a network of lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, and lymphatic organs, including your spleen and tonsils.
How do I adequately describe our lymphatic systems without needing as many pages that I take up when teaching about this body-wide system when teaching anatomy during Foot Zone therapy classes?
Let’s begin by imagining a team inside your body that is constantly working to keep everything—and I do mean everything!— in balance. That is our lymphatic system!
Unfortunately, the amazing lymphatic system has a downside, as well. Bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells that enter the lymphatic vessels can—and sometimes do, if the system is not healthy and working properly—use this system to travel throughout the body. This danger is supposed to be kept to a minimum as lymph fluid passes through the many lymph nodes situated throughout the body. If the immune system is healthy and the lymph fluid is moving as it should be, all will be well. Even cancer cells will be eliminated in an early, unnoticed stage. If not . . . .
Our lymphatic systems also contribute in very important ways to our ability to absorb dietary fats and fat-soluble vitamins. In addition, our lymphatic systems also transport cellular waste, debris, and toxins away from tissues, thus protecting tissues and organs throughout our bodies.

This is a rather unique soap among the Butterfly line-up of fine and fun soaps!
Like the spearmint essential oil that gives this soap its delightful aroma, its feel is calming and relaxing, yet gently stimulating and uplifting at the same time. The mildly stimulating effects of spearmint should make this soap a great tonic to the entire system— body and mind. I expect to find that this is especially true after an illness or when just needing an emotional or spiritual boost. I expect that I am going to like using this soap first thing in the morning and, from the mild aroma and effects on my system, later in the day when I need a mild ‘pick-me-up’ to finish up the tasks that are still mine to do for the day.
Unique? This soap includes not just the essential oil of spearmint, but the leaves of the spearmint plant, as well. The idea is to give this soap mild exfoliant properties as well as cleansing without obnoxious chemicals.

Bee Pollen, Propolis & Royal Jelly brings together three natural ingredients from the hive to support everyday wellness in a simple, natural way.
Bee pollen is packed with naturally occurring nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that help fuel your day and support overall energy. Propolis is known for its antioxidant properties and is commonly used to help support the body’s natural defenses. Royal jelly—best known as the queen bee’s exclusive food—is valued for supporting vitality and helping you feel your best.
Taken together, this bee-powered blend helps support natural energy, immune health, and overall well-being, making it an easy addition to your daily routine.

Witch Hazel, the one carried by Butterfly Express, is steam distilled from the leaves and bark of the Witch Hazel plant, Latin name Hamamelis virginiana. The leaves and bark from the plant are used to make a skin-healing astringent that’s capable of naturally reducing acne, blisters, insect bites, poison ivy, inflammation, and much more. Witch Hazel has been used as a cold compress or sprayed, I would think diluted, on sunburned skin to aid in healing.
Witch Hazel has also been studied for its use in treating cold sores. The tannins in Witch Hazel exhibit antiviral effects and, when applied to cold sores, can help speed up the healing process.
I remember my grandmother applying this to me, from time to time, for some minor wound or rash I had managed to acquire
There are 4 pages in my Homeopathic Materia Medica detailing the symptom picture (Homeopathic Uses) for the Homeopathic/Blessed Water made from this plant.

The essential oils from which LeAustyn is formulated using essential oils that encourage lymphatic drainage and support the endocrine system as well as the nervous and circulatory systems. Far more than we often realize or remember, the nervous system controls and regulates not just our movements but our thoughts, emotions, and ‘ingrained’ and habitual responses to the world around us and the stress of everyday living.
This blend is especially suited to teenagers as the transition from the carefree days of childhood to the need to make decisions on their own that will impact their futures. Emotionally, LeAustyn is of great benefit to anyone at all who may be fearful of failure and may be reluctant to take the risk of making important decisions. These emotions, too often, underlie eating disorders and can trigger anxiety and low self-esteem.
LeAustyn has an appealing, enjoyable, sweet but somehow tangy aroma that is almost instantly energizing and uplifting.

Grapefruit is a very joyous and positive essential oil. It is hard to be negative or anxious in the presence of this essential oil, because it promotes feelings of joy, confidence, and spontaneity.
This is an excellent oil for mental exhaustion, but is equally effective when tensions are running high, and there seems to be too much to do and too little time or assistance to get it all done! The aroma of Grapefruit is particularly suited to people who, when tense or under pressure, eat as a means of relieving stress or finding comfort. Grapefruit is used in treatment programs for drug withdrawal and to cope with the after-effects of drinking too many alcoholic beverages.
Grapefruit detoxifies the lymphatic system, which, of course, can be helpful in relieving allergy attacks. This essential oil, singly or in a blend, can help curb food cravings.
This blend has a very gentle and very lovely aroma. How could it be anything else with the blended aromas of citrus held stable by Tonka Bean, Benzoin, and—my favorite—Vanilla. Inhaling or walking into a room where LeIntention is being diffused is usually followed by a big, relaxed sigh as stress is released and burdens lifted.
The aroma of LeIntention both stimulates and calms the amygdala. The amygdala is a glandular center in the brain that is crucial for processing emotions and in the formation of memories, especially those that are formed under stress or when fearful.
This little almond-shaped gland is often referred to as “the solution center.” Present the amygdala with a problem, and it will supply you with an answer. However, the answer will depend entirely on what you want it to be. Approach the amygdala with faith, and the amygdala will provide you with an answer that will help you ‘resolve’ the situation. Present the amygdala with fear, and the amygdala will provide you with a suggestion for either hiding from, dodging the situation altogether, or putting the blame on someone else for the entire mess and expect them to change and fix it.
Life can sometimes be full of challenges and struggles. LeIntention calms the mind and the spirit, helps us find answers we may not have previously considered but then turn out to be just right! I just doused myself—only meant to sniff it—but I am not sorry in the least! I can feel the power of this blend (and it is timely in my life today!)

How much do I appreciate the aroma and the healing effects of Lemongrass? It is an integral part of 13 Butterfly blends and is included in the Foot Zoner Kit and Singles Collection.
Lemongrass repairs the parasympathetic nervous system and improves eyesight. It is useful in bladder and kidney disorders and for healing varicose veins. Two of the greatest benefits of Lemongrass are that it improves lymphatic drainage and gets oxygen flowing throughout the body.
Emotionally, Lemongrass encourages us to venture outside our usual boundaries and comfort zones to become acquainted with new people and even new places. Best of all, Lemongrass reawakens compassion and a desire to serve and bless the lives of others when we, ourselves, have been, for a time, emotionally overloaded and stressed.

This blend was created to be used for colds, allergies, sinus congestion, and sinus headaches. LeSeasons supports the lymph system, aiding in lymph drainage while strengthening the immune system. The cool mint sensation of LeSeasons may even lessen the pain of sore throats, body aches and pains, and help cool a fever.
LeSeasons is not a complex blend as it contains only 4 single essential oils. However, each of these oils is well-known, well-respected, and utilized wherever essential oils have been recognized as effective healers. LeSeasons is a great example of synergy, and how all the single essential oils blend to become more than the sum of their parts.
Emotionally, LeSeasons brings clarity of thought, helps improve memory, and attention span. Most importantly, LeSeasons brings clarity of mind, allowing us to look analytically at ourselves, analyzing our thought processes. emotions, and resentments. Then, it seems to help us let go of approaches and thought patterns that are not in our own best interest.

Sage, in any form, has been considered one of the ‘master healers’ in many parts of the world for generations! The impact on physical health from a strong nervous system and an active lymph system cannot be overemphasized. Sage strengthens and energizes both systems and has a powerful effect on pelvic organs, both physical and energetic ones.
Sage is useful for most glandular disorders, any complaint related to lymph congestion, and any disorders related to nerve deterioration or prolonged nervous stress. Sage also clears away cellular debris and strengthens cell wall integrity, making Sage useful for arthritis, dandruff, hair loss, skin conditions, gingivitis, sprains, and firming tissues.
Sage has a positive influence on intuition and is an integral part of long-ago indigenous American Indian healing traditions. It is said to clear the Spirit as well as the mind and the emotions. Sage is a good oil for alleviating the effects of prolonged stress on the body and the mind.

Allergies, like acne, begin in the liver and the colon, and this is where the fight against them must be waged. This tincture originally contained the herb Ephedra (also known as Ma Huang). This is a very powerful herb, and it was once a part of my herbal repertoire and deeply appreciated. I credit this herb with helping to pull one of my sons through pneumonia as a teenager. Recognizing the strength and potency of this herb, I usually made use of it, mostly as a percentage of a tincture or tea. However, at this time and for many years past, other herbs have been substituted in Butterfly formulas due to a regulation passed by the FDA back in 2004. The other herbs are Motherwort, Goldenrod, and Red Clover. Proportions are shown on the Butterfly Express site, butterflyexpress.shop, under the information for the AL tincture.
A search of the internet a moment ago informed me that “because ephedra is marketed by companies as a supplement (not a drug to treat a disease), the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate its use”. This is untrue! In 2004, the FDA published a ‘final rule’ that established a regulation concerning this great herb (and all supplements containing ‘ephedrine alkaloids’). Some very tricky legal jargon was used, at first about the way supplements containing Ephedra had to be labeled, and then as a way to eliminate the use of Ephedra as an herbal supplement at all. This regulation was ‘backed’ by the claim that “supplements that contain ephedrine alkaloids present an unreasonable risk of illness or injury under conditions of use recommended or suggested in the labeling, or if no conditions of use are recommended or suggested in the labeling, under ordinary conditions of use.” (This statement comes from the fda.gov site).
Perhaps this is more than you wanted to know. But, I find it interesting that, back in the day when I used Ephedra frequently (and legally back then), I and no one I knew ever experienced any ill effects at all. However, I am and always have been allergic to the ‘manufactured in a lab’ form of ‘ephedrine’. My reaction is very scary—as a couple of dentists learned when they ignored my request to use something else to deaden my mouth! No dentist has ever tried twice to use that drug with me! (Once again, a great herb took the fall for the drug ‘equivalent’!)
Use LT along with infection-fighting tinctures in times of illness or whenever the lymphatic system seems to be clogged or needing assistance. Most of us, living in our modern environment and eating quite a bit of processed foods, are in need of assistance with lymph drainage. Suggested infection-fighting tinctures at Butterfly Express include IF, RC, RCL, and APL, to name just a few.
TLC was formulated to support, cleanse, and generally strengthen the lymphatic system. TLC also acts as a blood purifier/cleanser and, in addition, supports improved blood flow to the entire body. Some of the herbs in this blend also have antioxidant properties to prevent or reduce damage caused by oxidation.
TLC will stimulate the immune system and can be used to help prevent illness or be helpful when recovering from illness. This is an excellent formula to add to any cleanse program. Use with CD, KB, LC, and RC for a wonderful whole-body cleanse. There are 12 wonderful and amazing herbs included in this formula—and included in well-thought-out and effective percentages.
Super C (formerly Super Cold and Lymph)
This formula is usually made as a glycerite, but can also be made as an alcohol based tincture. I suppose a portion of the dry herb pack could also be made into a tea, if desired. As a glycerite, I especially like to use this when a child is sick, and especially when they are first showing signs of illness. Super C is an excellent remedy for lymph draining. The Red Clover, an excellent infection fighter, and the elderflower included make this formula particularly effective for controlling fevers.

Featured Blessed Waters for Lymph Care & AllergiesThis is a true polycrest remedy! Polycrest? This means that this remedy could very well prove useful to the majority of people, both male and female, at sometime during their lives. Keynote symptoms include the wide range of symptoms a person might experience when spending far too much time cutting up onions!
A wide variety of allergic symptoms are part of this remedy’s picture, which explains why it can be used so many times for so many people. Key to these symptoms are discharges from the nose, irritation to the eyes, congestion in the throat, and burning and itching accompanying most symptoms.
Unique to this remedy are symptoms brought on by damp, cold weather. This would include spring colds and hay fever attacks that worsen as fall comes on.
The following are brief descriptions of four Glandular and Glandular/Lymph remedies. Further information—descriptions of the specific remedies of which these formulas are comprised—can be found using the link ‘Read More from Butterfly Expressions’ on the Butterfly Express website, butterflyexpress.shop.
This remedy contains a lot (twelve) of single remedies whose symptom picture makes it useful in the relief of lymphatic congestion and glandular swellings. I generally like to match single remedies very closely to the symptoms I am coping with at the moment, then, as some symptoms abate, I match the next remedy very closely to the new ‘symptom picture’.
However, swelling, tenderness, and redness where lymph nodes are found are often the result of bacterial or viral infections. Some of the single remedies in the combination remedy are there to reduce the inflammation and thickness of the lymph fluid in the glands. Others are there to assist in eliminating any infection, although I would play it safe by also using herbal tinctures such as IF, RC, RCL, or others to eliminate any infection.
Since trouble in the glandular and lymphatic systems always affects every other system in the body, the use of this remedy during illness will boost energy levels, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and gently detoxify and support the body in its attempts to heal!
This remedy is indicated for lymphatic congestion, inflamed mucus membranes, and glandular swelling. However, this remedy has specific affinities for certain systems and areas of the body and the troubles that may arise there!
Areas of the body specifically targeted by this remedy are problems in the pelvic area that are connected to glandular and lymphatic issues there. It is also specific to hormonal problems associated with lymphatic congestion, such as painful periods or cramps in women and teenage girls.
This remedy may also be helpful for some types of allergies by acting to improve lymph flow, which, of course, sustains the body while it is coping with allergic reactions. The Euphrasia officinalis contained in this blend is an excellent remedy for eye disorders. This remedy may prove helpful for eye conjunctivitis and may help reestablish good lymph flow around the eyes.
This particular combination of homeopathic single remedies supports the pineal gland. Keeping the pineal gland healthy and happy is extremely important at any stage of life! Why? The pineal gland is regarded as one of the most important parts of your endocrine (and nervous) systems.
This small gland produces several important hormones. The most significant of these is melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep cycle as well as other functions of the body, which are cyclical in nature. The pineal gland is the body’s internal clock for time of day, season of the year, and for the regulation of cycles.
The pineal gland is referred to in many cultures as “the seat of the soul”. The pineal is recognized as the bridge between our physical bodies and the less tangible material of our spirits. It is an antenna with which we tune into the energies of those around us and into the spiritual realm. The pineal gland is not the only part of our physical body that is so attuned, but it is an important part.
The pineal gland is important in the regulation of:
~ blood pressure
~ body temp
~ growth
~ motor function
~ sleep habits
~ reproduction
~ the movement of calcium in and out of cells
~ metabolism of carbohydrates
~ production and health of collagen molecules
~ functions of the body which are cyclical in nature
~ directly impacts the adrenals, especially when the body is under stress
~ parathyroids and thymus
~ thyroid gland, by inhibiting over-production of thyroxin and other hormones
~ secretes prostaglandins, which affect circulation and help prevent cardiovascular disease
This combination remedy is comprised of 10 various remedies. One remedy, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) is very specific to the nervous system. Key symptoms, strangely, include being worse from rest but also worse from standing for any length of time. The mood and emotions of the sufferer, when this remedy will be helpful, are changeable—constantly changeable. Emotions will range from the highest joy to the deepest grief and back again. This will often happen very quickly, with the person becoming impatient, irritable, and quarrelsome during and in between these sudden shifts. The irritation of the nerves will become so pronounced as to trigger hysterical spasms of muscles and an inability of the person to hold still when supposedly sitting still. They wiggle and squirm all over the place. There will be terrible insomnia from nightly nervous itching and muscular spasms from the excitement of the day.
The other remedies in this combination include the effect of nervous hyperactivity and depletion as it plays out in other parts of the body. This list will include such things as glandular swelling, hormonal issues, spasms, and cramps in muscles of the fingers and toes, and in the calves, as well as in the throat. One of the remedies includes in its symptoms picture ‘never the same since vaccinations’.

LeLivN Essential Oil BlendLeLivN is a blood and liver cleansing blend. LeLivN is designed to digest and eliminate fatty cells and their load of toxins from the liver.
LeLivN helps us recover our normal resilience and equilibrium when stress or illness has robbed us of focus and direction. This blend can help us be less frustrated and upset by the people and events in our lives.
LeLivN is designed to digest and eliminate fatty cells and their load of toxins from the liver. The cleaner internal environment created by LeLivN ensures that the new blood cells created in the liver are healthy and better able to carry oxygen and nutrients to the cells of muscles, organs, and connective tissues. The effects of the extra nutrients and oxygen being distributed throughout the body are far-reaching. A healthier liver, cleaner blood, and healthier cells result in the lowering of cholesterol and triglyceride levels and can have a positive influence on type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, for example.
LeLivN is, generally, used for more intense cleansing programs, while LeRevitalize seems to work well for routine maintenance of a healthy liver and bloodstream. It is interesting to me to analyze, when doing a Foot Zone or any other treatment on my husband, why one or the other seems to be the oil of choice at a given time.

tial OilsHelichrysum Italicum and Helichrysum Angustifolia have, basically, the same therapeutic properties. Italicum is a higher-quality oil and has a more mellow, pleasant aroma. It is also quite a bit higher in cost. Angustifolia is still very therapeutic and more practical for use in some applications, as the cost is much lower.
Abuse or serious emotional trauma sometimes—too often—results in emotional baggage and blockages and in repetitive and destructive behavior patterns. Helichrysum is often used in emotional healing programs. Memories created during stressful or dangerous situations are often inaccurate or missing altogether. These two closely related essential oils can gently restore or reshape memories more accurately while helping us cope with the emotional trauma that may have been attached and influencing our lives in negative ways for years.
As difficult emotions and memories are being processed, Helichrysum promotes a calm acceptance as well as a desire to heal and move forward. Self-confidence and an improved ability to make decisions are the result. Helichrysum (Immortelle) is a very delicate, yet hardy in its own way, plant. These ‘delicate but hardy’ feature is certainly reflected in the emotional healing capacities of these two plants and essential oils.
Helichrysum is an excellent oil for respiratory conditions and for lymph drainage. It is stimulating to the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and vascular system. Helichrysum, diluted with a carrier oil, has been used in many cultures as a sunscreen.

Grapeseed Carrier OilCarrier oils are used for several different reasons. One major reason is that pure essential oils are often too concentrated to be applied undiluted to the skin. Adding essential oils to a carrier oil also allows the oil to be spread over a larger application area and to be absorbed more evenly. Many essential oils are quite expensive, and because they are so highly concentrated, one or two drops may be all that you need. The use of a smaller quantity of essential oil is often more beneficial than a larger quantity and is certainly less likely to cause any type of reaction.
Grapeseed oil is a gentle yet powerful ally for lymph care and allergy support. This lightweight, easily absorbed oil helps keep lymph fluid moving freely, supporting the body’s natural detox pathways and reducing stagnation that can contribute to puffiness and sensitivity. Naturally rich in antioxidants and soothing fatty acids, grapeseed oil calms irritated tissues and helps quiet inflammatory responses often associated with seasonal allergies. Its non-greasy nature makes it ideal for massage or daily skin care, nourishing the skin while supporting clearer lymph flow and overall comfort during times of allergy stress.
Refined grapeseed oil has gone through more processing than unrefined or virgin oil, which removes additional particles and residues. While it follows that virgin oils will retain some constituents and characteristics that refined oils do not, I have not been able to find studies or information that I feel comfortable trusting that clearly outline the exact differences in ingredients between the two. What the refining process does provide is a product with a longer shelf life and fewer particles.
Because refined grapeseed oil has been more thoroughly processed, it produces a lighter oil that absorbs more quickly into the skin and has a much less “greasy” feel. The aroma of refined grapeseed oil is very mild, especially when compared to virgin grapeseed oil, which can have a slightly stronger, somewhat vinegary scent. Neither aroma is offensive, and in practice, the scent of any essential oil used with it completely overrides whatever aroma the carrier oil may have. For me, the choice often comes down to whether I am applying the oil where it may touch—or possibly stain—my clothing, and how long I want to wait for the oils to absorb before allowing them to come in contact with fabric.

Allergies KitThis kit contains eight remedies useful for various kinds of allergies. They are called Allergies #1 through Allergies #8. (Not very creative, I know!) General indications for use and a brief description of each ingredient can be found by using the links to ‘Learning with LaRee’ that is part of every product description on butterflyexpress.shop. I will include here only the brief general potential use for each remedy. For further information, please see the information provided by the links on the ButterflyExpression site as described above. These remedies (#1 through #6 only) are described in my book Butterfly Miracles with Homeopathic Remedies II.
These are low-potency combination remedies. If you try one and it doesn’t immediately (within a very short time) work, simply try another one. You will have done no good, and you will have accomplished a great good in eliminating the symptoms until you eliminate the allergy itself through lymph and endocrine system work.
This is a great remedy to use for allergies to shellfish. You can also give it a try when you simply do not know the cause of your allergic reaction. One of my sons had scary reactions when ingesting shellfish of any kind as a younger person. Today, he lives in Oregon and loves to visit the coast and gorge himself on seafood, including shellfish. This remedy played a definite part in that change for the better.
This remedy is useful for neuralgic headaches and coughs, usually even when the allergen is unknown. This is because Blessed Water/Homeopathic remedies are chosen and work according to ‘symptom pictures. This remedy is also useful for a variety of bites, stings, and coughs.
Allergic reactions that mimic the common cold and affect the kidneys or heart. Yes, allergic reactions can, and often do, contribute to both kidney and heart issues. I can attest to that from personal experience.
Specifically for allergies to animal hair, but often useful for other allergies when the symptom picture fits the allergies the person is experiencing
Particularly for reactions to mold, yeast, or dust. Many houses, especially older ones where flooding or water issues of any kind may have occurred, may have species of ‘black’ mold hiding in and/or under the walls. This remedy is for minor reactions to such situations. Further work may need to be done to realign the energy system and strengthen the lymphatic and endocrine systems. This work may need to include cleaning with and diffusing essential oils in the areas where the mold exists to eliminate the source of the problem—the mold itself.
For allergic reactions to and liver toxicity caused by chemical inhalants, such as those used by people with severe asthma or allergic reactions to inhaling chemicals circulating in the environment around them.
The ingredients in this remedy include remedies for a variety of symptoms produced by allergic reactions to tree and other plant pollens.
Most effect for hayfever and allergies that are accompanied by headache and glandular swelling or abnormal sweating.
In addition to the ‘Allergies Kit’ discussed above (and on sale this month), I wrote some time ago a blog titled ‘Homeopathy—First Aid and Allergic Reactions’. I have included below the information on single remedies that can be used in higher potency than the combinations discussed above when the situation requires such remedies.
Allium Cepa: Allergic reactions that look much like a common cold are the basic symptoms of All-c. The symptoms picture of All-c covers more aspects of the common cold than any other remedy that I have ever come across.
Apis Mellifica: Allergic swelling of the face, eyelids, and/or lips distinguish Apis. The swellings will resemble those of a reaction to a bee sting. They may, like a bee sting, occur anywhere on the body. The swelling, unlike a bee sting, may even be internal.
Arsenicum album: Ars is an all-purpose remedy. It is good for all types of allergic reactions. You might use this one only initially. Follow up with a remedy more specific to the remaining symptoms, if necessary.
Euphrasia Officinalis: Euphr is made from the herb called eyebright for good reason. The allergic reactions treated center in the eyes. The eyes feel as though there is sand or grit in them.
Rhus Toxicodendron: Rhus-t predominates in the relief of hives. Also, eye irritation symptoms from allergic reactions. Rhus-t can be useful for fever blisters and cold sores.
Phosphorus: Toxic poisoning or allergic reactions to chemical fumes respond to this remedy particularly well. Symptoms include panting and gasping for air. In addition, vertigo is usually seen. Any strong reaction to odors brings Phos into consideration.
Cleaning KitI often use essential oils for cleaning. The two oils included, in 4-ounce bottles, in this kit are two of my favorites. Orange oil is incredible at removing any type of sticky goo, such as that found when price tags and stickers need to be removed from glass and other surfaces. Lemon runs a close second. Both oils leave delightful fragrances behind and, while cleaning and polishing, also kill a very wide variety of nasty germs without the use of harsh chemicals.
Most of the time, I simply apply a few drops of oil to a cloth or paper towel and wipe it across the area I am trying to clean. For larger areas that will tolerate water (or alcohol or vinegar or a combination of all 3), I use the spray bottles. I put the base cleaning liquid into the spray bottle and then add the essential oil of my choice.
For an 8oz spray bottle, you can use anywhere from 30 drops of essential oil for a light cleaning spray, to an ounce or more of essential oil for a heavy-duty spray. Please keep in mind that essential oils and water do not mix well, so you will need to shake your spray bottle before use and frequently as you work.
