In August we will be talking about concentration and learning. I love the quote “Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.”
As we prepare for another school year it is a perfect time to study natural things that will aid in concentration, and improve the learning experience. Our discussion will include oils, herbs, minerals, and blessed waters. We will cover a wide range of topics including ADHD, memory aids, confidence, and fear of failure. Please see the index at the bottom for a more complete list of topics.
In May our topics are Pain, Muscles, and Nerves. We will be discussing many things such as bruising, circulation, Charley Horses, cramps, inflammation, headaches, and even some emotional situations that are made worse by nerves such as anxiety and depression.
In February our topics are DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, and SELF-ESTEEM. This is a topic that is very near and dear to my heart. There is always a need but it seems that this time of year there is a particular need for things to combat depression and anxiety. I have tried to pick the products that have been the most helpful to me over the years and I hope these things will help you as well.
I am really excited about the things I have picked to discuss this month. When my team and I decided to focus on SELF-IMPROVEMENT and SELF-LOVE so many wonderful products came to mind. We had a hard time narrowing the list down to our favorites. I can’t wait to share them with you. January is often a time when we take stock of our life and set goals for improvement so this seems like a great time to discuss Self-Improvement and Self-Love. This blog is still likely to get long so I have included a LIST OF COVERED TOPICS I hope this helps you quickly find the information you are looking for.

#2 – Headaches – Emotions If you can accept that your emotions impact your health then it follows that headaches more than likely have at least one emotional driver. Understanding that emotions impact health was a new, and New Age-y, sort of philosophy when I first began living and…

Fear, Worry, Anxiety, and Anxiety Disorders To avoid confusion, I want to begin by defining these four states of mind. Fear, worry, anxiety, and anxiety disorders. I do not want to be talking about oranges and you thinking that I am talking about lemons. When something like that happens, a…
Anxiety Disorders For most of us, the demands and challenges of our lives produce only temporary bouts of anxiety. These moments (even hours) of anxiousness are perfectly normal. Typically, most of us are able to manage our anxieties without letting them disrupt our lives. We find solutions. We calm our…

Genetics, infections, and physical or emotional trauma being the most common. It is also believed that if you have other disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis…
